Rochelle Glover

Customer Service Account Manager

Rochelle is the MOT Customer Service Account Manager.  She is the single point of contact for our group health insurance accounts.  She manages not only benefit inquiries but also day to day communications and account maintenance.  Employers can count on her to manage their evolving needs in administrating their accounts.  She is an experienced professional in customer service and has positively impacted MOT’s customer relations since joining the team in May 2019.


Rochelle’s skill for assisting others through exceptional service was cultivated while she attended Kennesaw State University and held numerous leadership roles.  She especially enjoys her membership in the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she continues to exercise her passion through service.


Originally from Augusta, GA, she now resides in Atlanta where she enjoys exploring the arts through museums and live performances.
